The five questions we actually get asked, answered before you ask them.
- What deposit do you need, and when?
- A deposit confirms the slot and covers materials. The balance is invoiced on delivery, so the treasurer only signs off once the pieces are in the room.
- What happens if a name is spelled wrong on 40 pieces?
- It cannot get that far. Nothing is cut until you approve a to-scale proof in writing, and the proof is generated from the exact name list you send. If we mis-cut against an approved list, we recut at our cost.
- How long does 60 trophies actually take?
- A batch of that size is a single production run, not sixty small jobs. The constraint is the proof turnaround at your end, not the machine at ours.
- Who do I talk to between ordering and delivery?
- The person who cuts your job. One phone number, no ticket system, no account manager.
- What if it misses our prizegiving date?
- The event date is a required field on every quote, and we book backwards from it. If we cannot make the date we say so before you pay, not after.
