What we collect

Whatever you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, organisation, quantity, budget band and event date. Name lists you send us for engraving.

How it reaches us

The enquiry form opens your own email app with the message ready to send. Nothing is submitted to this website, and this site stores nothing you type.

What we do with it

Quote your job, proof it, make it, invoice it. We keep artwork and name lists so a reorder next year does not need a re-brief. [CONFIRM: retention period]

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than a courier who needs a delivery address. We do not sell or share enquiry details.

Cookies

None. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Named on this site

Client organisations are named only with written permission, and we remove a name on request, no reason needed.

Getting it removed

Email hello@nevstadesigns.co.nz and we will delete what we hold.
